The Paseo de Gracia Apartments are located in the center of the L'Eixample district in Barcelona. The location is excellent and near all main features of the city. The apartment was constructed early in the 19th century and is over 4000 square feet. There is an entry from a private elevator which opens to a hall opposite a chapel, a split level living room, the green room and dining room, all in an open plan. The apartment has parquet wood floors throughout and interesting windows and moldings which provide an impressive amount of natural light.

The living and dining area can comfortably accommodate a large number of people. The apartment has a game room with table football, chess and backgammon and a business corner with desk set up for computer/internet use.

A smaller kitchen with stainless steel fridge, gas cooker and electric oven maintains an old fashioned style and opens to a utility room. There are 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with full bath in each one. Each room was decorated with its own personal style and character. All but two of the bedrooms have air conditioning, and they all have heaters.

Additionally, there is a chapel inside the house in which a private mass took place every Sunday until 1990. The decor was maintained except for the altar and the altarpiece which were presented to the bishop of Barcelona. This area, adjoining the game room, has a small table and 2 armchairs.

The office area includes a computer with fast Internet connection and a laser printer.
