I Palazzi is an imposing castle situated in the hills in a magical surrounding. The extensive 12 hectare property has three residences: The Palazzo, a vast 4 story stone villa; The Torre, which stands between the Palazzo and the swimming pool, and a beautiful farmhouse which stands near the entrance to the property. The most fascinating and impressive of the residences is of course, the Palazzo.

The ground floor was originally an Abbey, built in the year 1000. This is a rare example of historical architecture that has been renovated and redecorated for modern-day use while keeping some of the original structures. The medieval walls, ceilings and windows are all original. The owner's love of beauty and history is evident in the furnishing of the Palazzo with fine antiques.

The Palazzo has an elevator that goes to the top floor. Each floor is furnished and decorated differently but to the same exquisite standards. The Torre is less than 10 metres away from the Palazzo. There is a kitchen and a changing room on the ground floor which have a separate entrance making it very convenient for relaxing by the pool or dining al fresco.

There are three luxurious rooms off the living room and all are furnished with fine antiques. The large infinity swimming pool is heated and equipped with comfortable garden furniture. There are plenty of lovely walking trails through the property. Next to the farmhouse is a wonderful tennis court.

The Palazzo, the Torre and the swimming pool all enjoy a rare level of complete privacy. I Palazzi is easily accessible from Perugia and its nearby airport via a well-maintained country road.
