Villa Marco is probably one of the most beautiful and desirable properties in all of Andalucia.  It is gracious, elegant and exeptionally private, surrounded by its own oak forest and a vinyard.

The house is generously spread out over one floor.  The west wing houses the kitchen complete with two ovens, fridge/freezer, roasting spit, indoor bbq & dishwasher.  There is also a well equipped laundry room.

A large formal dining room is furnished with a fine mahagany table with seating for 10.  A small sitting room nearby has a large satellite television and dvd player.  Next is the drawing room which is spacious and decorated with a specially commissioned oriental carpet.  Several pairs of french windows lead out to the terrace which overlook the spectacular views to the Roman ruins.  A large hallway takes you to the east wing where there is an extensive library and study.  Here there are five double bedrooms all with luxury, en-suite baths.

The west wing also incorporates a staff annex with bedroom, bath and small kitchen and sitting room or playroom, suitable for a nanny or two children.

Outside, a vine covered pergola protects a marble topped table and chairs, built-in bbq with views spread out an immaculate lawn.  Further down the property is a pool  measuring 15 x 6 meters.

Villa Marco comes prepared as one would expect from a property of this category; daily maid service, luxurious linens, abundant towels, vases of lush flowers as well as wine and olive oil from the estate.  A part-time cook is also on hand for meals and snacks as needed.

A private road through the grounds leads to the house.   There are natural springs, mature trees and a tropical garden laid out around a pond.  A fountain flows in the courtyard which makes for a perfect, romantic spot for a moonlit dinner.
