Aragon House is a stone farmhouse in Eastern Spain. Many like this one have dominated this wilderness for hundreds of years. Since being abandoned in the 1970’s it has finally been restored to its former glory. No expense has been spared to fuse traditional and chic design with all the trimmings creating the perfect retreat for those wishing to recharge in total comfort. From individual Moroccan style tadelakt bathrooms and steam room, to three different panoramic roof decks or the infinity pool spilling out over one of the best vistas in Spain, this is a place to get away from it all and discover a new level of relaxation.
To provide a luxurious, country house atmosphere in one of the most beautiful and remote parts of the Iberian Peninsula.
Matarranya is perhaps the last authentic region of Spain - where the three great kingdoms of Aragon, Catalunya and Valencia converge in a Mediterranean mountain paradise described as the ‘Tuscany' of fifty years ago.
Aragon House, with its soaring views, set in the middle of a historic fifty acre almond farm provides the ultimate home from home but with all the services of a boutique hotel.
The house sleeps 16 adults with extra space for kids on request. Guests have around the clock access to their own personal staff Luis and Jenny who are dedicated to ensuring all requirements are fulfilled, whether it be poolside barbecues, babysitting, airport collections or arranging activities etc. The property also comes with a fully stocked wine cellar and honesty bar, its own pure mineral water and a welcome hamper. While breakfast and dinner are provided, so too is complete access to the kitchen facilities for those who want to prepare snacks or lunch. Most importantly our staff are trained to extend a level of hospitality and service that larger hotels do not have the time or the budget to afford.
