The property consists of a main villa, an ancient cliff top tower and a guest house, built on the rocks which border the sea, with the entrance facing the pool. There is a particularly scenic effect from the bathroom window of the guest house, which seems as though you are at sea rather than on land. The tower and the guest house enjoy the same panoramas as the main villa. In addition to the main villa, the tower and the guest house, there is a one bedroom, one bathroom beach house ideal for nannies. This house leads directly to the Tyrrhenian's crystal waters and to a mooring for boats.

Of the various terraces at Villa Praira the largest is at the main villa and is divided into two areas. One is accessed directly from the living room and is furnished for dining under the stars, the other area is situated in front of the ground floor bedroom and furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs. In addition to the elegance and comfort with which Villa Praira has been furnished, the size of the rooms is noteworthy. Two of the bedrooms in particular are bigger than the others and have large bathrooms with breathtaking sea views.

A complete concierge service, consisting of a highly experienced staff makes Villa Praira a very exclusive place, suitable for those who love excellent service in a private and unique setting. Villa Praira personal staff includes a chef, a driver, two housemaids, and a gardener. An Italian and English-speaking concierge will be available twenty-four hours daily for your convenience and can arrange daytrips to nearby destinations. Your driver will transport you to and from Naples Airport (transportation from other airports is not included.) Also included is the daily housekeeping, daily change of bath and pool linens, and every other day a change of bed linens.

The staff live in a separate house independent from the villa ensuring complete privacy for guests. For an additional charge a 40-foot yacht is available for daytrips to explore neighboring Capri or Sorrento. Positano is a only a four minute boat ride away.
