Masia Pals is extremely stylish and sophisticated, decorated with exquisite taste. The owners have cut no corners in their restoration, using reclaimed antique materials and gorgeous furnishings. The property has a large hall, two beautiful sitting rooms with fire place, a spacious kitchen with a dining area for 8, a separate dining room for 10-12. On the ground floor there is also a staff bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The villa sits in a quiet country area on the top of a hill with magnificent panoramic views, and it’s just a short distance (about 2km) to the beautiful medieval village of Peratallada, with its bars, cafes, art galleries and many restaurants. The best Costa Brava beaches are 15 minutes drive: Pals, Sa Riera, Sa Tuna, Aiguafreda, Tamariu etc
On the first floor there is a large landing hall, and 5 bedrooms: two doubles , two twins (the beds could be put together) and a bedroom with two bunk beds. All the bedrooms are very spacious and have en-suite bathrooms and beautiful views out onto the garden and surrounding countryside.
Outside, the garden is very well maintained, and there is a lovely pergola. The swimming pool measures 12x7m.
