This beautiful villa is situated a few kilometers from the ancient village of Malmantile and only 15km from Florence. It is an original stone Florentine villa built on the ruins of an ancient medieval tower. Most of the rooms have vaulted ceilings. A 600 meter drive leads to the house through the vast grounds of this property.
The villa is situated in the center of an estate producing olive oil and wine. The present owner has restored the ancient tower and converted it into a comfortable villa, furnishing it with antiques. Each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom. From the garden, and especially from the pool, there are lovely views of the countryside and village nearby. There is a private swimmming pool and a tennis court.
