Villa Flor is situated on the Costa del Sol in Marbella – San Pedro de Alcántara, in a residential area called “Cortijo Blanco”, at only seven minute’s walk from the Beach and ten minutes walk from the village of “San Pedro de Alcántara”, finding “Puerto Banús” at only 1´5 km.

Villa Flor is a private villa with a colonial style, offering you 340 square meters villa on a plot of land of 1.500 square meters. The villa is distributed in 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, 1 guest toilet, main lounge, dining area, large kitchen with dining area, swimming pool size 14 x 7 meters, exterior covered porch, BBQ and sun beds.  We are able to accommodate 2 single beds upon request for which the villa could accommodate a total of 10 persons.

Villa Flor is situated in a residential area at only 2 minutes walk from bars, restaurants and large supermarket and at only 7 minutes walk from the beach where beach bars and restaurants are easily found and at 10 minutes walk from the village of "San Pedro de Alcántara" which offers you all the necessary, including, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, coffee shops, shops, church, police office, tourist office, etc...

Villa Flor combines comfort and space, since it has been equipped with details to make your holidays a memorable one, offering TV, DVD, satellite TV and music set.

Easily accessed from the exterior or main lounge, you can find the kitchen. The kitchen is large and light and offers "Siemens" furniture in white and work top in black granite. The kitchen is fully equipped, with 4 gas rings, microwave, dishwasher, washing-machine, coffee machine, toaster, water boiler, deep fat fryer, other small electrical appliances, as well as 2 sinks and sufficient cutlery, glasses and tableware. The kitchen also offers an American fridge-freezer and large storage cupboard.
