Villa Modern is an exclusive villa situated on the “Costa del Sol”, in the area of Marbella. The villa offers 240 square meters constructed on a plot of land of 550 square meters. Due to the open plan of the villa and to its unique designe, the villa offers 5 levels in which you may find the Lounge, Dining area, Kitchen, Guest Toilet, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (of which 2 of them are en-suite bathrooms), garage, private swimming-pool, covered and opened porch with glass tables and a Jacuzzi for 8 persons, as well as the “Chill-out” area, which large sun bed and comfortable exterior sofas and armchairs where you may sit and relax as well as sun bathing if you wish. The villa can accommodate 8/10 persons, since theyare able to add 2 single extra beds upon request.
