Built in 1809, with a traditional architectural style, our 120 square meters villa has a private entrance and 2 private balconies offering a magnificent panoramic view of the bay of Fira and the surrounding islands and of course the world-famous Santorini sunset in a most tranquil location.
Villa 1809 was renovated in 2011 and has conserved its unique style with high ceiling, minimal and elegant decor and Cycladic architecture accents uniquely combined with the comforts of today.
The villa has three separate bedrooms. The master bedroom is the old bedroom of the house and the other two are the two lofts of the house turned into luxury bedrooms. The sea views are interrupted watching the volcano ,the most photographed church of Ayios Minas and Fira perched on the cliff. All three bedrooms are private and have their own bathroom.
In front, a well equipped kitchen with modern facilities, next to it one large sitting room with dining area and a WC. Up to 6 persons can sleep in comfortably.
The spacious terrace outside in two levels is well furnished with a big dinner table, comfortable lounge sofas , sun beds, and a spacious outdoor Jacuzzi, all offering a dreamlike close-up with the volcano and the caldera.
