As you enter from the upper floor you enter in the living area of the villa disposing a large sofa and a second sitting corner with fireplace. The living room of this villa is equipped with flat screen TV, dvd and hi-fi. Connected to the living area is a full equipped kitchen with all modern appliances including ceramic hob oven, large refrigerator, dish washing machine and microwave. A guest WC is also available on the upper floor. A balcony door exits to a large veranda with exquisite sea views and is equipped with a dinner table. From the living area stairs lead down to the ground floor of the villa, where you find 2 comfortable bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a small single bedroom with a single bed.
