Finally the studio suite is the perfect family bedroom with it's connecting single bedroom to be used as a nursery or for the nanny.

The ground floor has many options for relaxing seating areas, all with sweeping views of the gardens and lake. Dine in rich Italian style in the formal dining room fit for 24 guests with a gourmet prepared meal by your two International chefs.

The estate also offers two additional, smaller houses for additional entertainment and accommodations. House 2, adjacent to the main villa, has a full home cinema, a fully equipped indoor gym, as well as a separate bathroom. Next to house 2 is the outdoor heated swimming pool with infinity edge where you can stare out over the lake. The tennis court is also located near the pool. Just a short stroll through the villa gardens is the very private terrace house with a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, fireplace, two en suite bedrooms and a large patio area.
