Stunningly beautiful 'Belle Époque'villa, built 100 years ago, is now a family home. It has recently been very carefully restored by local craftsmen and builders under a watchful eye. The villa has all modern facilities combined with period furniture to retain the elegance and atmosphere the villa has always commanded, set among landscaped gardens with a pool, and views of the lake.
The beautiful marble entrance hall leads to both lounge and kitchen, with it's new, hand painted cabinets with granite work surface, double oven, hob microwave, dishwasher, and all modern kitchen appliances. The elegant dining room is adjoined to the kitchen and has seating for 14 people. The Italianate lounge decorated ceilings, marble floor and open fireplace.
The comfortable air conditioned bedrooms sleep up to 12 people, some have en-suite bathrooms. Full maid service is included when you rent the villa.
Together with the beautiful setting of Villa Laglio, situated in Laglio, home of George Clooney, close to Villa D'Este and Como city and convenient for spectacular golf courses and water sports, here you will find everything you need to spend a relaxing holiday on the most beautiful of Italian lakes.

- Bedroom 1 with En Suite Bath: Large and elegant Master double bedroom, with antique bedroom suite, and two French windows leading to long balcony overlooking lake and trees. En suite bathroom with freestanding Victorian style bath, double basins and large walk-in shower and toilet.
- Bedroom 2 - Double Bedroom Suite: The suite comprises of a pretty double bedroom with hand painted furniture, French windows opening onto long balcony.
- Coordinating adjoining Bedroom 3 / Sitting Room With single bed and pull-out bed underneath. Leading to charming en suite bathroom
2nd Floor

- Bedroom 7: A small pretty double bedroom, over looks mountains and is furnished with wood and silk.
- Landscaped 1/2 acre garden with lake view set amongst fruit trees and lawn which encases 12m x 5m swimming pool. The pool has wide graduated steps, perfect for lying on to sunbath or read.
