Located on the bay with direct access to the beach, this gorgeous villa is split into two completely self-contained apartments, each with its own entrance and private outside space. The main apartment overlooks the sea through a pretty arch. The smaller apartment is located on the other side away from the sea and is not available for rent during the months of July and August, as it is occupied by the parents of the owner.

The interior of the villa is decorated in a simple, yet elegant style. The exterior of the home features a large and delightful garden, rich in palm trees, cacti, Mediterranean pines, oaks and evergreen elms which open onto the beach front. There is a pleasant, large terrace, built of wood and facing the sea. For convenience, there is a changing room and shower near the beach.

For guests, rental of a canoe, a 'pattino' (a light boat used by swimmers) and a small sail boat that can be taken out into the bay. San Felice Circeo, with its pretty rocky beach with grottoes and secluded inlets is only 6km away. At the top of the little town is the medieval center which is well worth exploring, as are the various cafes and restaurants, especially during an evening night out.
