Situated in the great natural beauty of the “Portofino National Park”, with spectacular views of the town of Camogli and the Golfo Del Paradiso, this splendid villa dates back to the 1960s. It has been recently restored, furnished at a high level with a great sense of style and is also equipped with good technology.
Tigullo is set on a promontory, called the “Promontorio di Portofino”, made famous by the celebrated town of Portofino which is a 15 min drive away.Located in the province of Genoa, the nearest town is Camogli, a typical Italian fishing village with harbour and also a tourist spot.
A breathtaking panorama of the Gulf is one of the many qualities of this villa. The building is on three floors and surrounded by four acres of enclosed private gardens. Once on the driveway leading to the house, you reach a little private square with two garages. A guest house and the staff quarters are to the right of this space, and above the guest house between the trees, a terraced area has been created for children, complete with swings and other playground toys.
On the other side you will see the main entrance to the villa, stretching towards the majestic Gulf. All of the living area faces a terraced garden. The heated pool is situated just below, and a little further down from there the gym awaits. A corridor leads to a sauna, to the comfortable Turkish bath, changing rooms for the pool and a large shower.
Inside the villa, all the rooms are spacious and light. Many of them, including the living area, face the sea. All the rooms are furnished well, with both furniture and fabrics of good quality. The bathrooms in particular are spacious and elegantly finished. The kitchen has a central island with hob and merits a special mention: well equipped with two ovens and various work surfaces it also benefits from direct access to the garden at the back of the house where the cars are parked.
The staff, helpful and respectful of guests’ privacy, will make breakfast, clean the house and look after the garden.
The towns of San Rocco and of Camogli rise on the green coastline of the Gulf.You can leave the villa on foot to enjoy long walks in the great natural beauty of the National Park.
