This lovely villa is located in a very panoramic location among olive groves, in the hills between Lucca and the Versilia coast. The villa was restored from an olive mill and a barn. The two buildings are now connected by a large entrance hall and terrace. The result is an impressive stone-built building. Only traditional materials have been used.
The interiors have been tastefully furnished with a country but elegant style. The house has been equipped with modern facilities and each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The very well groomed gardens and terraces offer the guests many lovely corners where they can sit outside and enjoy the view of the countryside.
Tha location of the villa, its efficient insulation, and the presence of ceiling fans in every bedroom ensure that the temperature at La Sorgente remains comfortable even during the hottest nights of the summer. This property is great for two families or groups of adults because it allows private space and independence from each other.
