Finca Romantica is set in its own grounds in the middle of the island of Palma de Mallorca.  It has 6 double bedrooms each with their own full bath.  The master bedroom also includes its own sitting room.  The master bedroom plus 3 additional bedrooms are located on the ground level, and each have access to outside patios.  One bedroom is near the kitchen and can be used as a staff bedroom or a guest room.  On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, which each have a small sitting area.  Upstairs, there is also a small sitting room which can double as a play area for children and is separated from the main sitting room by banisters. The sitting room is large with very high ceilings.  The house includes a fully equipped kitchen which can be accessed from the front or back terraces, the sitting room or the dining room.  There is a small guest bathroom off the sitting room.

There are fire places in the main sitting room, the dining room and the master bedroom, in the bathroom of the master bedroom and in the sitting room of the master bedroom.  A fireplace is also located in the back terrace.  The house also includes a small gym with sauna and its own bathroom, and a pool with wonderful views of the gardens.  Covered parking is available for several cars and a large carage.
