Isla del Mar

This extraordinary property is situated on 60 acres, with a tennis court and swimming pool. Originally a 17th century oil mill, Isla del Mar was designed by internationally acclaimed architect Axel Ball who also designed the renowned Residencia Hotel in Deia.

The house is built on two levels, with the lower level built around a typical Spanish patio. The house is decorated with Mallorcan antiques as well as contemporary pieces. Paintings by local artists are displayed on the walls. The living room is sunny and bright, and all of the double bedrooms have baths ensuite. Some even have terraces. The master suite has a dressing room and a library.

The old olive press has been preserved in the dining room, creating a dramatic setting. The kitchen is spacious with ample dining space and beautiful mountain views. The villa sleeps 10 in the main house and 2 additional in the apartment for an extra charge.
