Mas de Montperrin is a large traditional 18th century farmhouse that has been painstakingly restored and renovated into a luxurious paradise of a homestead. Situated on 25 acres of open countryside, both the house and pool are enclosed within a walled garden creating a secluded and very private environment. The blue shuttered house has large Platane trees creating shady areas on the grounds.
The lawned gardens are on two levels, the lower garden has a large south facing terrace between the house and the pool giving guests the option of alfresco eating by the edge of the pool underneath the shade of a vine-covered arbor. The second shaded terrace is situated behind the house, bordered with flowers and herbs with a huge stone dining table.
The house is full of many beautiful Provencal antiques and paintings providing elegant, spacious and comfortable accommodation with the benefits of a fully equipped modern kitchen. Furthermore the house lends itself very well to an out of season holiday with the benefits of full central heating, open fireplaces and heated swimming pool.
