In the past, Carlina was a typical Tuscan farmhouse. Firstly restored in the years '70 and '80 it was published many times on specialized house interiors magazines like Vogue as example of poor art and conceptual restoring. In the past years the villa guests most of the more famous contemporary artists, friends of the previous owners.

Please note that this villa is situated close to a road, there is the possibility to hear some noise once in a while, being in the garden. Inside the house, silence is guaranteed because Carlina is equipped with very thick double windows. Pets allowed.
