Casale del Pino

This beautiful property is located in a very panoramic position in the southern part of Tuscany, only 15km from Montepulciano and 15km from Cortona, the setting of the famous book 'Under the Tuscan Sun', by Frances Mayes. The surrounding countryside is a typical picture of Tuscany and, from the property, uninterrupted views over the rolling hills can be enjoyed.

The accomodation consists of two terracotta-brick farmhouses, not interconnecting with each other, allowing for large groups to vacation together and retain their privacy. The new English owner has bought and restored the original farmhouse to a very high standard, furnishing the interiors with all modern comforts yet retaining a Tuscan atmosphere. The large swimming pool is in a very sunny area of the grounds with changing room and a guest bathroom.
