A beautiful villa set in the rolling hills between San Miniato and Volterra and surrounded by woods, vineyards and olive groves. There are wonderful views down the valley of unspoilt countryside. Just a few kilometers from the villa are the beautiful villages of Montaione, San Gimignano and Volterra.
Le Ferrine has been carefully restored by its owners who have retained the original features of the house such as the original cotto floors, and they have furnished it in a practical style. A particular feature of this property is the large, vaulted living room opening onto a vaulted porch furnished for outdoor meals. The porch faces the beautiful garden.
The renowned 18 hole golf course in Castelfalfi with its glorious views is only 30 minutes away. The 1km unpaved road leading to the villa is not suitable for very low sports cars.
