The property is also comprised of a tiny church, a small restaurant and a castello which are now the nucleus of a traditional agricultural estate.

Recently restored, this cottage has been individually decorated by an interior designer with stylish country furniture and extensive use of pretty fabrics, elegant light fittings, attractive murals and stenciling. In Martina, there are modern bathrooms along with lovely tiles that complement well-equipped modern kitchens with travertine marble tops and hand painted tiles.

In keeping with the rural traditional setting, the original terracotta floors, large fireplaces, beamed ceilings, wooden doors and shutters have been retained. The property is surrounded by beautiful gardens and the swimming pool is a delightful spot to read or simply admire the breathtaking view of the villages crowning surrounding hills.
