Sitting perfectly ontop of a sloping Tuscan hillside is villa Salvia, a beautiful, rustic country house, drenched in uninterrupted sunlight. Salvia is split up into a smaller, beautively restored Hay Barn, an ancient Tower, and a smaller guest house.

The Hay Barn is equipped with a large kitchen with all modern amenities including 2 fridges, 2 freezers, a wine celler, 2 ovens, and an 8 burner range. The most discerning chef will be in heaven while whipping up Tuscan classics in this beautiful kitchen with immediate access to the outside. The dining area outside is perfect for those lengthy dinners with the option of lighting up the cozy fireplace on cooler nights. There is also access to the guest house, the laundry room and a guest bathroom, all off of the patio. On the first floor of the Barn are the two double bedrooms (not covertible into a twin), both with ensuite bathrooms and a large shower

The Old Tower is the largest of the three buildings, sleeping 10. On the ground floor you will find two living rooms, one with large windows with beautiful views and direct access to outside, and the other with the flat screen TV and access to a covered outdoor seating area. Just a few steps up you will find a twin bedroom (covertible into a double) with en suite bathroom, shower and access to the garden. On the first floor there is a cozy sitting area with fireplace off of a small kitchenette with fridge. Also you will find three more bedrooms, two of which are double bedrooms (both not convertible into twins) with en suite bathrooms and shower. One of the double bedrooms has it's own fireplace. The third bedroom is a twin (convertible into a double) with en suite bathroom and shower. Finally, on the top floor you will find the master bedroom (not convertible into a twin) with a walk in closet, fireplace and en suite bathroom with walk in shower and hand held shower, bathtub for 2 people and double basins.

Finally, you will find the smaller guest house with a double bedroom (not convertible into a twin) with kitchenette, firdge and en suite bathroom with shower. At this level is the fenced in infinity swimming pool with spectacular views and lounge chairs. On the upper level of the property there is a garden in front of the villa, a covered terrace with dining area for 18 people, parking lot for 8 cars, a modern stone built BBQ with stone built couches, and another outdoor terrace in front of the living room with large couches.
