Villa Baroni

Villa Baroni is a lovely country estate situated in the most desirable location of the Chianti area, half way between Panzano and Greve in Chianti. Immersed in a green wood, the estate is surrounded by fields, vineyards and olives trees, with a beautiful view of Panzano.
This property was owned by the Verrazzano family for hundreds of years, then neglected for more than 60 years and only recently acquired by a Florentine family.
The estate has been restored with great attention to detail using the antiques materials (stones, cotto, tiles) to keep the original characteristics of the true Tuscan country house but also adding many modern comforts (professional kitchen, air conditioning in the bedrooms, internet access and T.V room with plasma screen).
The place is tranquil and peaceful, perfect for understanding the meaning of Tuscany. The estate includes three houses. The main Villa sleeps 12 people comfortably, the cottage sleeps 4 people, and the suite sleeps 2 for a total of 18 guests. The third house is for the house-keeper only and is located at 50 metres distance.
