Nestled on a rural hillside in the province of Siena in central Tuscany, Villa Finocchio is an 800-year-old farming village located directly on the historic Via Francigena, the medieval pilgrimage route from Canterbury to Rome. Abandoned by its most recent inhabitants in the 1960s, the Borgo has since been revived to create a place where great thinkers and leaders of the next generation can join together to exchange ideas and reset their compasses for the future. The Borgo encompasses twenty two bedrooms arranged around its central piazza, which allows it to function has its own community. Gathering spaces include a formal dining room and outdoor dining terrace, a living room with a grand piano, study, media room, library, bar, conference facility and ballroom for fifty, cantina and wine tasting room, and a professional teaching kitchen, an interior arcaded courtyard, a piazza, and extensive lawn and garden spaces with various shaded benches and a gazebo.

The Finocchio Villa is the main home on the property and consists of 9 Bedrooms, Bar, Wine Tasting Room, Library, Screening Room, Family Kitchen, 2 Dining Rooms, Living Room, 4 Powder Rooms, Conference Room with Stage (alternative uses), Kitchen and Elevator.

The Filippi Farm House is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a full kitchen w/seating for four, a sitting area with sound system, patio with seating for four, and a fireplace, The bedrooms and common spaces in this home are slightly larger in size than in the Colussi Farm House.

The Fede Farm House is a 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom home with a full kitchen, dining room w/ seating for 10, family room, powder room, patio with seating for 10, and sound system in living room and kitchen.

Suite: Second level, King bed, fire place, and pull out sofa. Bathroom has double sinks, tub and shower, split level, access by stairs, separate exterior entrance.

The Santa Teresa Farm House is a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom home, with a full kitchen which seats 10, dining room w/seating for 12, family room with fireplace and sound system, and powder room. There is a covered patio with seating for 12.
