Five stone farmhouses are situated in this beautiful setting, immersed between fields and woods. Each one of these houses enjoys absolute privacy and incredible views. The owners, an English speaking couple, live in one of the houses and are always available to assist guests during their stay.

Calesa, together with Cataccio, are very similar, comfortable family homes that can be rented by two groups of friends who enjoy vacationing together in separate houses. Calesa is particularly suited for families with children. Between the game room, game field, swimming pool and the shared tennis court, there are plenty of things to keep active and occupied.

The actual property has a main villa and guest house located just a few meters from each other. Calesa is equipped with two outdoor dining areas: one with a table and chairs for breakfast protected from the sun by a large umbrella and the other, a portico at the pool with table and chairs that seats 12 people.

The farmhouse is built on two levels plus a basement that houses the game room and laundry room. All of the rooms are elegantly furnished and the owner's attention to detail with regards to comfort is evident in the living room. Privacy, space, peace and quiet are assured.

The 12m x 6m swimming pool is situated below the house and is overlooked by a pleasant dining terrace, with tables, chairs and a barbecue. Just below the pool is the horses' paddock and beyond are breathtaking views of the mountains.
