Five stone farmhouses are situated in this beautiful setting, immersed between fields and woods. Each one of these houses enjoys absolute privacy and incredible views. The owners, an English speaking couple, live in one of the houses and are always available to assist guests during their stay.

Cataccio and Calesa are very similar, comfortable, family homes that can be rented by two groups of friends who enjoy vacationing together in separate houses. Cataccio is only a few hundred metres from Calesa, yet these two houses are totally out of sight and sound of each other. Restored to the same high standards of Calesa, this house has the added attraction of having a room with four beds, perfect for families with children.

The 12m x 6m swimming pool, with its separate paddling pool, is about 50 meters from the house up a few steps, which further enhances the dramatic and stunning scenery, and is surrounded by olive groves and trees. The villa is well-situated for driving to many of the most beautiful parts of Umbria and Tuscany such as Siena and Cortona. Gubbio, Perugia and Lake Trasimeno are the closest on the typical tourist route, but the small, delightful villages such as Montone, a charming medieval village boasts glimpses of breathtaking views, excellent restaurants, 'trattorie' and small shops selling olive oil and truffles. Siena is just an hour and twenty minute drive and Cortona, just 35 minutes.
