Only 10km from Perugia, Solido looks out from a 600 meter-high hill onto a valley where in the distance you can be see Assisi on one side and Perugia on the other. The property is comprised of 14 hectares of woodland and olive groves that surround the two villas which are joined by a central large patio.
This area is particularly well organized, with a large stone barbecue and a spacious working area for cooking as well as 2 tables which seat up to 20 people. Well-maintained lawns surround the houses, which are set out identically, and from here there are stone steps leading down to the large pool adjacent to a small pine wood area which also forms part of the property.
Both houses, rented out as one singular property, have spacious rooms with wooden floor as well as the living areas from which there is direct access to the garden. At 20 meters from the house there is an annex with a small billiard table and table tennis.
The furnishings are all in an rustic-elegant style. From Solido there is a good asphalt road which is well connected with the motorway and to Perugia.
