Terranova Villa is an exclusive and luxurious country house nestling in the hills of Umbria. This idyllic, rustic scene has changed little since the late 17th century when the palazzo’s original owners gazed from the romantic Romeo and Juliet balconies. High in the tranquil hills of Umbria, among the most poetic of Italian landscapes, the good life -La Dolce Vita - still reigns.
This perfectly sized villa is also a temple to luxury and comfort, offering the choice of swimming in the sublime pool, enjoying aromatic, spoiling treatments, or relaxing in soft towelling robes in spacious suites. Guests can dine on delicious local food and wine at the hotel’s private and romantic restaurant, and sleep deeply in over-sized beds among the finest soft cottons. If the Italians had one word for ‘cleansing the soul’ it would be Terranova.
Two separate villas on the property allow for privacy for your guests or family. The smaller of the separate villas is a charming 3 story farm house, directly on the property, with its own private parterre garden and terrace with views over the hills. It has two separate bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor with French doors overlooking the terrace are the kitchen, dining area and one of the bedrooms. (Sleeping capacity is 5 people) The second, larger separate villa (a couple of KM away from Terranova proper) has 4 bedrooms, a quaint kitchen, a pool with outstanding views and beautiful outdoor sitting areas. Terranova, as a whole, is a truly spectacular location.
