This very large and stylish villa dates to the 16th century and has been completely restored to the highest standard. This country house is equipped with many modern comforts. It is detailed with all of the original materials such as wooden beams, antique fireplace and hand-made terracotta tiles. There are beautiful views of the wonderful Umbrian countryside from every window.

The country house is situated on a hill surrounded by the green Umbrian countryside close to the Tuscan border. A large covered terrace surrounds part of the house for wonderful outdoor living in the summer. The villa is comfortably furnished with a living/dining area that accomodates 14 people. The villa sleeps 10 with five very comfortable and cozy bedrooms and five luxurious bathrooms. Two more guests can be accommodated in the guest cottage.
