This villa appears at the end of a long tree lined road. It is the early work of a famous architect who at the end of the 1700's designed the splendid square Piazza del Popolo in Rome. The Renaissance Style of this property is reflected in its garden with two symmetrical canopies in wrought iron situtated in front of the facade of the villa.
The property is surrounded by olive groves and rests on a hill. Both Assisi and Spoleto are seen in the distance. The villa has a front garden and a private internal courtyard for outdoor eating. At the back of the villa is another smaller apartment which is sometimes used by the owners. The pool, with panoramic views of the countryside, is private but may be used by the owners and guest of another small cottage tucked away on the property. A small chapel lies between the pool and the villa.
Inside the villa, some of the rooms maintain the original frescoes with hunting themes and country life scenery. All the bedrooms have beautiful views and are furnished in the early twentieth century style. Some bathrooms have been newly renovated and painted with lively pastel colors.
